IPD, through its subsidiary in Central Africa, West Construction Corp., designed and built a total of 505 houses and barracks in 22 sites around Libreville, the capital of Gabon. The housing sites were completed on a turnkey basis and included the roads, sidewalks, sewage systems as well as water and electricity connections.
