IPD designed, supplied and installed, on a turnkey basis, a packaged 60 T/Hr Steam Boiler plant for Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) Ltd. The plant included the boiler, electric and steam driven feedwater pumps and motor drives, flue stack, economizer, FD Fan steam turbine drive, a new fuel oil system, burner management system, chemical feed system and a control system. 

As a part of the project, IPD supplied and built a new control room building, a new water treatment plant, an electrical system and also designed and constructed the associated pipework, civil works and electrical & instrumentation works. 

The project was financed by buyer’s credit, which IPD arranged from Export Development Canada (EDC).
